I wanted to share a little more detail of the wine topper  that I previewed yesterday. We made this in my Christmas In July class. I know me, life will get busy around the holidays and little gifts like this are great for neighbors, co-workers and well just about anyone! This is actually a wine topper, here I have it on a bottle of Cherry 7 up! I used the Merry Moments Designer Series paper, I really like the patterns and color combinations of this paper, makes my life easy!

This was such a fun project in class! Everyone loved this.

The paper I used here, is actually the same piece of paper, just flipped over. I love that all of Stampin' Up's paper is double sided! It's like getting 2 pieces for the price of one.

To make the Christmas Tree I used the Tree punch and punched out 3 of them. I tried a couple different ways to fold the trees from trying to score  down the middle to just simply folding it in half. For me, I just folded in half and used the bone folder to make the seam crisp. One tip is the side of the  paper you want on the outside (the side showing) you want to fold that one in. Then you simply adhere the 3 trees together making 3D tree.

The 'Cheers' is from the new Greetings Thinlits, and when you use the Silver Foil paper, it just looks fancy!! I thought Cheers was a PERFECT saying here!! The sequins hanging on the side just finish it off!!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Here are the items I used:
